2009 Winter/Spring League Results – Week #11

It was another record-setting night for the Wild Trivia Tour!  We had 13 teams and 74 players (both records for a league session).  What a great turn-out to a crazy finish to the season!

Congratulations to the Zipperheads for taking home another victory.  They managed the only hogger of the night on the BONUS question and were able to identify Kerouac in the visual.  That made the difference as they held on for 51 of 60 correct for 1163 points on the night!  What a performance.  The Lost Generation finished with 50 of 60 correct and 1010 points.  Nameless rounded off the top 3 with 46 of 60 for 834 points.

We want to welcome “Stimulus Package” to the mix who showed up in force tonight!  We look forward to watching this group grow beyond the capacity of the deck at the Elks (which we almost did tonight).

This team trivia session ends next week and it’s anybody’s guess as to how the top 3 finishers will stack up.  Lost Generation is sitting comfortably up on top but the other teams are making last minute charges by claiming victories in the late weeks.  It will be  photo finish.  We can’t wait!

We have eliminated the lowest scores for each team, keeping only the top 9 finishes.  Next week will be the last chance to make up any ground!
